All Sales Policy

Due to hygiene and inventory reasons, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Packaging photos if applicable

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund if approved

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Accessories
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Worn, washed, or altered items

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, approved returns may receive store credit.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us first regarding any issues with their order before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery and order confirmation.
